SISC Ideas

The Foundation

Sustainable Integrated Services for Communities (SISC) initiated its ideas in 2011 and started its design and planning in 2012 after realizing a felt need to intensify sustainable community initiated programs. In 2013 SISC was registered as a Non-Government Organization with the NGO Board of Kenya.

SISC encourages the development of partnerships with government and non-governmental bodies to support the growth and development of programs over the long-term as communities take a fresh look at their future and find ways to become more sustainable.

SISC passion is to empower the marginalized group mainly, the incapacitated and the youths with the approach of person centered and right-based model.

Ms. Jane Omanga

Executive Director

Ms. Jane Omanga

Mrs. Jane Omanga is the founder member and the Executive Director of SISC. Mrs. Jane Omanga has worked with International NGOS for more than 15 years at the capacity of managerial and coordination positions. She has vast experience in project planning, implementation and management of community strategy and strengthening of existing community structures.

Dr. Millicent Ndheya

Board of Management

Dr. Millicent Ndheya

Dr. Millicent Ndheya is a Board of Director of SISC. She has over twenty years’ experience working in the education sector and at various levels from Educational Institutions and the Ministry of Education Science and Technology.In addition, she has practical experience in research and evaluation, quality assurance and audits, project design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Ms. Sharon Monica

Program Manager

Ms. Sharon Monica

Ms. Sharon Monica Amondi is the Program manager for SISC with vast experience of management of programs and projects in both national and International NGOs as well as government sector including Ministry of Health (MoH) and Gertrude’s children hospital. She has also worked with CBO's and children's homes. She has knowledge in Nutrition and health as well as counselling psychology.
